NATURE OF THE TRUST:-

The trust shall be Public Charitable Trust having no commercial or profit motive. The properties, securities, moneys and income thereof shall be applied in India solely for the purposes of the trust without any discrimination of race, religion, caste or sex and no portion thereof shall be distributed among the trustees.

AREA OF OPERATION:-

All activities of the Trust shall be operated within Indian Jurisdiction only.

ACTIVITIES OF THE TRUST:-

The objects activities of the trust shall be carried out only in India without any profit motive. The trust shall under no circumstance do or venture into any business directly or indirectly and as such the question of maintenance of separate books of account compliance of the Provisions of Section 11(4) and Provision to Section 80G (5) (1) of the income tax act 1961 does not arise.

UTILIZATION:-All the incomes/profits of the trust shall be utilized for the objects of the trust. No part of the income/profits shall be applied directly or indirectly for the benefit of any person specified u/s 13(3) of the I.T Act 1961.

BENEFICIARIES:-

The benefits of the trust are open to all citizens of India irrespective of caste, creed, race, color, religion, sex, etc.
